By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products & Colours

​

We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately. Slight variations in colour or print may occur due to screen settings.

4. Prices & Payment

 

All prices are stated in euros (€).
As a small business owner (Kleinunternehmer), no VAT is charged according to §19 UStG.
Payment is made via the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping

​

We ship worldwide with DHL tracked delivery.
Shipping costs and delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Right of Withdrawal

​

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

7. Retention of Title

​

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

​

8. Liability

​

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For simple negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from a breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. Applicable Law

​

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers within the EU, mandatory legal provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Wir bemühen uns, Produktbilder und Farben so genau wie möglich darzustellen.
Leichte Abweichungen in Farbe oder Druck können aufgrund von Bildschirmeinstellungen auftreten.

4. Preise & Zahlung

​

Alle Preise sind in Euro (€) angegeben.
Als Kleinunternehmer im Sinne von §19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer ausgewiesen.
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Bestellprozess angegebenen Zahlungsmethoden.

5. Versand

​

Wir versenden weltweit mit DHL (Sendungsverfolgung).
Versandkosten und Lieferzeiten sind auf unserer Seite Versand & Rückgaben aufgeführt.

6. Widerrufsrecht

​

Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.

7. Eigentumsvorbehalt

​

Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

8. Haftung

​

Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit.
Für einfache Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit oder bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten.

9. Anwendbares Recht

 

Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG).
Für Verbraucher innerhalb der EU bleiben zwingende gesetzliche Bestimmungen Ihres Wohnsitzlandes unberührt.
