All orders are shipped from Germany via DHL with tracking.
Shipping costs:

• Germany: €6 (Free shipping on orders over €100)

• European Union: €15

• Europe (Non-EU): €19

• Worldwide: €25

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

• Germany: 1–3 business days

• European Union: approx. 3–7 business days

• Europe (Non-EU): approx. 5-10 business days

• Worldwide: approx. 7–20 business days

 

Returns

 

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email prana.lab@outlook.com with your order number.

 

Return requirements:

• You cover the return shipping cost

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached

• Use tracked shipping to avoid lost parcels

 

Refunds

 

Once the return is received and inspected, we refund you within 14 days:

• Includes the original product price

Lost or Returned Parcels

​

• All orders are shipped with tracking. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at prana.lab@outlook.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the delivery office, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
